Exchange & Store Credit

We put immense effort into ensuring each Raashvi Designs garment meets the highest standards. However, we understand that exchanges may sometimes be necessary.

  • Refunds: As a brand policy, we do not offer refunds on any products once sold.
  • Exchange: Products may be exchanged for a replacement item or a store credit note (valid for future purchases).
  • Eligibility: To qualify for an exchange, items must be:

  • In their original condition with tags intact
  • Requested within 7 days of delivery
